Produced by Stammer Productions with financial support from Scottish Arts Council and NPN National Performance Network Germany. Created in residency at Dance Ireland, PACT Zollverein Essen, Vooruit Ghent and WPZimmer Antwerp. Musical is currently on a European tour following its Berlin premiere.
The Made in Scotland Programming Panel said: Collette Sadler has a distinctive choreographic voice and rigorous approach to making work. The panel is particularly interested in the way in which Sadler's piece will explore the synchronous relationship between movement and sound via the universally popular theme of music hall and traditional burlesque.
Quite what anybody over the age of four is supposed to get out of this is a mystery.
