It is the story of how medical services try to repair the physical damage, how his mother tries to keep him safe, and how Wee Andy tries to imagine a life for himself in a world bordered by four local streets - where empathy and care are hard to come by.

Wee Andy runs parallel with and is shown on alternate days to the production Fleeto.
