The problem with this Jackass, as always, is that it lacks any kind of narrative. It’s just one stunt after another.
I think posterity will set him alongside French surrealist Benjamin Péret, famously photographed in the street shouting insults at an astonished and outraged priest – for the sheer, anarchic hell of it.
You either enjoy the Jackass brand of humour or you don’t. Fans will find much to chortle at here; others might like to join the ranks of health and safety inspectors everywhere and stay well clear.

It's every bit as anarchic as the last three movies with the guys egging each other on before collapsing in laughter at the results.
This is cinema as circus freak-show entertainment and it succeeds gloriously on those terms.
Is this just the equivalent of movie stunt artists having macho fun at one of their annual summer gatherings? Or is it something more sinister, but with moralistic undertones?
