We now have tickets on sale for our full Edinburgh Fringe programme 2012.
As usual, Underbelly will bring you the highest quality programme with shows from across the globe. Michael Winslow returns to us with his new show Noizeyman, Tom Thum brings his 5-star rated new show direct from the Adelaide Fringe, and The Vocal Orchestra, created by Shlomo, transfers from a hugely succesful London run for it's Edinburgh premiere. Tumble Circus come to E4 Udderbelly with a brilliant circus show full of slapstick, and the late night circus party, Briefs, performs nightly.
Underbelly are teaming up with Ideas Tap and Old Vic New Voices to bring you a season of excellent new theatre in 2012. Five brilliant new pieces: Chapel Street, Bitch Boxer, Glory Dazed, Strong Arm and One Hour Only.
Boom Boom Club brings late night cabaret to Underbelly as it inhabits the top of Underbelly Cowgate, and Kahlil Ashanti returns to Edinbrugh with his Fringe First award-winning show Basic Training. The hilarious character Heath Franklin joins us with Chopper - another hit show from the Adelaide Fringe, as do Perth Theatre Company (the creators of Alvin Sputnik) who are producing their new show The Pride.
At Bristo Square, we have the songs, dance and stories of Hervé, and the welcome Edinburgh Fringe return of Susan Calman.
Shlomo brings us his Beatbox Adventure for Kids, and Ministy of Mouth, and Underbelly's superb late night comedy programme just gets better and better with the return of Spank! (you love it!), and The Late Show (which has a new home in Bristo Square).
We're also very excited about Dr Brown who's bringing his Barry award winning Melbourne Comedy Festival show to Underbelly, the cabaret superstars Bourgeois and Maurice, the irresistable charm of EastEnd Cabaret (who won Best Cabaret Award at Adelaide Fringe), and the return to Underbelly of the Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominated Totally Tom.
Exciting news: We're also broadcasting a daily podcalf (!) and recording it daily in front of a live audience, line-ups soon announced for E4 Udderbelly Podcalf 2012.
