A tough, street-smart private eye is hired by the FBI to go undercover in a college sorority.
The ever grinning Cyrus is a cheery enough screen presence and British director Tom Vaughan (of Cold Feet fame) does his best to put some snap in the storytelling but the concept – blue-collar girl in among the debs – is feeble and very derivative.
There are some good lines, but this Miley Cyrus college/cop comedy is as derivative as it gets.
I liked this film more when it was called Miss Congeniality.
A more convincing star could have saved this, although to be fair to Cyrus, she hasn’t much to work with.
Like, whatever!
