A watchable yet utterly by-the-numbers thriller.
Mind games and high stakes manoeuvrings ensue. The cast are excellent but the script reveals its hand too soon. There isn’t surprise or suspense in the third act.
Once all of the film’s cards have been revealed, it’s hard not to feel a little cheated.
