Told over one horrifying night, Deviation will take you on a white-knuckle journey into the mind of Frank Norton, a dangerous schizophrenic murderer as he escapes from Broadmoor Hospital and embarks on a murderous rampage across London. But when Frankie takes a hostage, the deadly game of cat-and-mouse truly begins.
Poor, but not totally without merit. Dyer’s risible performance lingers for all the wrong reasons.
This thriller by JK Amalou is bizarrely and excruciatingly acted by Dyer a lot of the time, but actually this film isn't as bad as all that – there is some interesting and atmospheric location work as the pair travel through the bleak urban wilderness.
Keep away.
