Spark, a teenage monkey and his friends, Chunk and Vix, are on a mission to regain Planet Bana - a kingdom overtaken by the evil overlord Zhong.

Unoriginal, cold and patronising to its audience, Spark: A Space Tail utterly fails to deliver on the promise of its title.

This misconceived animation draws its influences from Star Wars, Planet of the Apes and Hamlet to no good effect.
