When you sign up with Across the Arts, we store your email address in our database.
We do this so that we can send you email list newsletters – if you sign up for them – as well as to allow you to reset your password if you forget it.
We won't pass on your details to anyone else without contacting you first.
You can unsubscribe at any time from any mailing lists you join by visiting the site. If you would like us to deactivate your account, or wish to know what information we hold on you, please contact us.
When you log in, Across the Arts uses cookies to identify you. We store a unique ID on your computer for that session. This is linked to your username and IP address for security reasons.
We also store details on the pages loaded by your IP address while you're browsing the site. These are used to provide anonymous data on the number of visitors and their habits and are stored by Google Analytics. Your details are stored in an anonymous fashion and we won't pass on any specific data to anyone else (though we may use it to produce reports on the number and type of visitor).
