Some of the visual gags are witty enough but for audiences spoilt in recent times by the gleaming brilliance of Pixar and Aardman animated features, this is very thin gruel.
This painfully derivative Spanish animation at least has the sense to steal from the best.

Tad The Lost Explorer And The Secret Of King Midas is another colourful animated adventure undemanding enough to please younger children.
