Animal lovers will fill their boots on the parade of cute pooches and the adorable baby panda. Kids might be sold on the silliness. Everyone else will wonder what the hell is going on.
It’s probably a little too cynical and abrasive in its humour for a younger audience and too juvenile for any but the most undiscerning adults.
This tale of talking mutts, voiced by minor celebrities, is a mirthlessly cynical cinematic chew toy.
