With his daughter against him, and his son on the fence, his idea looks equally brilliant and insane. His goal may be achieved, but at what cost?

The case being made is hardly new, but the piece is aided by a vivid visual quality, and a cast operating on all cylinders that augurs well for a diverse season ahead.
Brief though the play is, it forces us to look squarely at one of the key questions of our time: whether we accept that the world is simply a savage place where dog eats dog, or still believe in the civilisation that has nurtured us, and that survives in the well-ordered streets around us, not dead yet.
