Buzzcut--2013

//BUZZCUT// returns for its second multi-venue, five day festival of live art and contemporary performance, with a jam packed programme featuring 50 artists from across the UK and beyond. Taking place in multiple venues across Glasgow, the festival operates on a “pay what you can” basis. Read more …

This year the festival will be based at Mono between the 27th and 30th March, with performances taking place in the streets, galleries, venues and shops around the Trongate area. The final day, Sunday 31st March, will see the whole festival gather under one roof and take over the vast multiple spaces at the Glue Factory.

The types of performances range from small one-on-one interactions taking place across a table, to large and loud studio performances, specially designed walks through the city and interactive computer games taking place in both the real and virtual realms. The festival aims to support and celebrate artists at all stages in their career who are dedicated to experimenting with the possibilities of what live performance can be.
