War on Christmas mixes the best bits of traditional Christmas entertainment with a decent helping of satire, aiming squarely at a decidedly adult- if not entirely grownup- audience.
It’s a good ‘un for the grown-ups (not very child friendly) and will guarantee laughs.
Gary McNair’s broadside against Christmas consumerism ends up being defeated by the sheer power of seasonal goodwill.
